2. Preparing for Interviews:

  • Familiarize yourself with our shore-side and shipboard teams through pre-recorded virtual introductions promptly upon application submission.
  • Schedule and complete the online screening interview promptly at your earliest convenience.
  • Demonstrate strong listening, comprehension, and English language skills during the interview process.
  • Successful applicants will receive a provisional offer, subject to swift completion of reference checks and employment recommendations.

3. Accepting Employment Offer:

  • Upon receipt of a formal offer of employment, promptly review and accept all terms and conditions to expedite the "manning" or "administration" process.
  • Your swift acceptance allows our recruiting teams to initiate necessary administrative tasks promptly, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.

4. Onboarding Process:

  • Expect prompt guidance from our local administration offices on the next steps, including scheduling the Seafarer Medical Fitness examination and obtaining travel documents and visas.

5. Joining a Ship:

  • Your employment is confirmed upon successful completion of all onboarding steps and acceptance of a contract for your first shipboard assignment.

  • While onboarding may take time, we strive to assign you to a vessel as swiftly as possible based on operational needs.
